A 100 Degree Day in Vancouver!

We have been having record hot weather here in Vancouver. It always gets hot in the summer and we generally have one or two super hot days. Yesterday was one of them. We reached 100 degrees and decided to head down to the river to keep cool. We had so much fun minus the heat from the sun and a few sunburns. Jake and Gabe had a blast splashing and swimming in the cool Columbia River. I love the photo of the kids in the river while the sushine was glistening off the water like diamonds. It was beautiful.
p.s. That is not our boat in the background, I wish it was. Some day.
